Cyber IT Labs is a consultancy company based in the Netherlands. We operate this website to present our services and allow potential clients to contact us.

- Contact form submissions: name, email address, and message content. Submitted voluntarily when you use the contact form.
- Analytics data: anonymous page views and basic usage patterns. We use self-hosted Umami analytics, which does not use cookies, does not track personal data, and does not share data with third parties.
3. What We Do Not Collect
We do not use cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking service that profiles visitors. We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not build advertising profiles.
4. How We Use Your Data
- Contact form data is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry. It is sent to our email via Resend (a transactional email service) and stored only in our email inbox.
- Analytics data is used to understand how the website is used. It is aggregated, anonymous, and stored on our own server.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Contact form data passes through Resend's infrastructure for email delivery only.
6. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox for the duration of any ongoing business relationship or enquiry. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under European data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to processing of your data
- Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)
8. Security
This website is served over HTTPS with TLS 1.2+. The server is hardened with firewall rules, intrusion detection, and rate limiting. Analytics data is stored on our own infrastructure, not with third-party cloud services.

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
